Daniel Feeld is a television writer whose latest work, ‘Karaoke’, is in production. He’s in endless conflict with ambitious director Nick Balmer, who continues to try and change his script. Feeld is also undergoing medical tests in hospital after recently feeling ill. One day, he becomes disturbed when he overhears a passing couple voicing lines from his script, a murder thriller. Later, at dinner with a friend, he spots a girl at a table with a man seemingly repeating a scene from his work. His unsettled feelings intensify when he learns that the girl is called Sandra, just like his character, as in his work, she ends up murdered.
